Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 13, 2026

This policy describes how Fourier Partners (“Fourier,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit fourierpartners.com or contact us through it. This site is operated from the United States.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), and message. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested). If analytics cookies are active for your region (see “Cookies and analytics” below), we also collect page-view and session information that may be associated with your contact record after you submit a form.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
  • To send the newsletter you subscribed to. Every newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time by emailing us.
  • To understand how our website is used and improve it.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We may use HubSpot to manage contacts and measure how visitors use the site. HubSpot sets analytics cookies that can associate your visit with your contact record once you submit a form. For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, these cookies are set only after you give consent through the cookie banner; declining does not affect your ability to use the site. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.

Who we share it with

Form submissions and subscriber information are processed by the service providers we use to run the site and our business — currently form-delivery and email infrastructure (such as FormSubmit and Google Workspace) and our customer-relationship platform (HubSpot). These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Retention

We keep contact inquiries and subscriber records for as long as needed to serve the purpose you gave them to us for, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices and rights

  • You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing contact@fourierpartners.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
  • California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. You may exercise your access and deletion rights via the email above.
  • EEA/UK visitors: where processing is based on consent (such as analytics cookies), you may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and its effective date.
